Welcome to Cookitt. By using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Cookitt app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.

2. Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal

Cookitt Premium Subscriptions:

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Cookitt application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

Cookitt uses Artificial Intelligence to generate recipes based on user input and photos. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying ingredients, cooking temperatures, and checking for allergens before consuming any prepared food.
