Brandlift is looking for a senior digital innovation manager to play an important role in our consultancy department. Candidates must have a deep understanding and experience with following the Design Thinking approach to user experience design, including developing detailed empathy and journey maps, user testing and iterating with a rapid prototyping cycle. The candidate will support changes in our customers organization and adopt best practices across teams.
Leading candidates will have a record of passionate ownership and design of great digital products targeted to businesses or individuals.
Job description:
The innovation manager provides effective collaboration, facilitation, and leadership skills supporting our consultancy process and delivery of our future digital or digital related products and services. This position requires commitment to exceptional results, a strong desire for continuous improvement and the ability to build a collaborative culture within our team. You will facilitate workshops and sprints and ensure the integrity of agile process by capturing velocity and removing obstacles to drive projects to successful release.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate and drive continuous improvement within and across teams
Manage the creation of design deliverables such as journey maps, empathy maps, frameworks, value proposition and conceptual designs, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, specifications and research
Deep understanding across all facets of human-centered design and user experience, spanning UX strategy, experience/interaction design, user research/assessment, prototyping, visual design, and user adoption
Support the UX and UI team to drive exceptional product delivery
Collaborate with development teams to create high fidelity mockups and future applications
Experience & Qualifications:
Leading candidates will be passionate, curious, smart and creative
Strong client facing and consulting skills
Ability to react quickly to complex situations; work with employees, customers and outside organizations in a professional manner
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical, business, or design discipline
Knowledge and/or experience with Agile development methodologies and Design Thinking approach to user experience design
